Mindset coaching · for women
Shift your
mindset.
Achieve your goals.
Trauma-informed mindset coaching for women, combining practical tools and compassionate support to help you calm your nervous system, shift your mindset, and achieve your goals — one gentle step at a time.
The approach
A quieter kind of change — one that begins in the body and lets the mind catch up.
Safety before insight
Nothing meaningful grows in a body that does not feel safe. We build the ground first.
The body knows
Your symptoms are not the problem — they are the language. We learn to listen.
Your pace is the pace
Healing that is rushed is healing that leaves. We move only as fast as your nervous system allows.
Choice at every step
You are the authority on your own experience. I offer; you decide.

A little about me
I'm Tasha. I've walked this road, and I know how lonely it can be.
Providing personalised family law court assistance and coaching
For more than 18 years, I worked alongside families navigating the challenges of the family law system. Day after day, I witnessed the lasting impact that separation, conflict, and trauma can have—especially on women. While I was able to offer guidance and support within that role, I increasingly felt called to help women in a way that reached beyond the practical and into the deeper experience of healing and reconnecting with themselves.
That calling led me to train as a Certified Personal Life Coach and in Trauma-Informed Coaching. Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for the nervous system and the profound difference it can make when we learn to feel safe, grounded, and connected within our own bodies. I believe that when we begin to understand our responses with compassion, we create space for meaningful and lasting change.
The space I offer is gentle, supportive, and free from judgment. There is no pressure to have the answers or to move at anyone else’s pace. Together, we create room to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the strength, calm, and wisdom that already lives within you.
I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels seen, heard, and supported. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you rediscover balance, confidence, and a deeper connection with yourself.
This work is also for high-functioning women who need a bit more structure to the process. If you’re anything like me, you need a plan to help you work towards your goals. I also use visualisation to help you see — and step into — the future you’re building.

Testimonials
What the women who have walked with me say — in their own words.
"Tasha held space for the parts of me that carried my mother's grief, and my grandmother's before that. She never asked me to translate."
"For the first time in a decade, I feel my feet on the floor. That may sound small. It is not small."
"This is the work I wish I had found ten years ago. Patient, embodied, culturally rooted, and profoundly kind."

Begin
The first step is a conversation. No pressure, no cost.
A 30-minute call to meet, share what's bringing you here, and feel whether this work is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll happily point you toward someone who is.
